Yesterday I started taking SAMe. I started my other blog to document how I did on SAMe and then never started taking it. For a while now, I've been feeling really depressed so I decided it was time to get some SAMe and try it. And it's also time to get back to making a daily effort to look for what was good about the day. So this is today's effort.

*The day started out kind of bad. I was very depressed and crying. But I knew I had two houses to clean. So I pushed myself out the door. That in itself was good. It was good that I was ABLE to push myself out the door. And I got both jobs done. That was a second good thing.

*While sitting in my car eating my lunch, I saw the bluest bluebird I've ever seen. It flew down and landed in front of my car and stayed for a few seconds. It was so pretty. It felt really good to look at it.

*I got to play with two really sweet dogs today. Three counting mine.

* I managed to talk myself out of getting junk food and have stayed on my program all day.
